Warranty Service

Hunter Quinn Homes remains committed to quality, value, and long-term customer service. We understand the investment you’ve made and want to ensure your satisfaction well after you’ve moved into your new home.

Please submit all non- emergency warranty requests to our warranty department by completing the online service request form. Once reviewed by a warranty specialist, a HQ team member will contact you to schedule repairs for approved warranty requests. Repair appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday during normal business hours 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Be sure to review your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® for a complete outline of what items are covered under your homes' warranty before making a request.
