Please submit all non- emergency warranty requests to our warranty department by completing the online service request form. Once reviewed by a warranty specialist, a HQ team member will contact you to schedule repairs for approved warranty requests. Repair appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday during normal business hours 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Jay, the project manager, has been the absolute best to work with. He is so helpful and informative during the whole building process. Communication during this process is key and he delivers on every aspect. His attention to detail is awesome and his personality is even better! We couldn’t have asked for a better project manager.
