Warranty Service

Hunter Quinn Homes remains committed to quality, value, and long-term customer service. We understand the investment you’ve made and want to ensure your satisfaction well after you’ve moved into your new home.

Please submit all non- emergency warranty requests to our warranty department by completing the online service request form. Once reviewed by a warranty specialist, a HQ team member will contact you to schedule repairs for approved warranty requests. Repair appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday during normal business hours 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Jay, the project manager, has been the absolute best to work with. He is so helpful and informative during the whole building process.
