Hunter Quinn Homes began with a simple idea: you shouldn’t have to choose between a well-built, high-quality home and a personal, thoughtful building experience.

Before founding Hunter Quinn Homes, Will Herring worked for small, locally owned builders as well as large national homebuilding companies. From the larger builders, he learned the value of strong systems, structure, and operational excellence. From the local builders, he saw the power of relationships, accountability, and community connection. He founded Hunter Quinn Homes to bring those strengths together.

We began in Charleston, SC with a small, focused team and a commitment to doing things the right way. Over time, that commitment earned trust, created opportunity, and allowed us to grow thoughtfully into Greenville and Myrtle Beach, SC; Brunswick, NC; and Palm Coast, FL, with our original vision still guiding us in every new market we serve.
