What’s new with Hunter Quinn

It has been a busy few months for the Hunter Quinn Homes team planning, breaking ground, and building two exciting new additions to our offerings in North Charleston. 

What’s new with Hunter Quinn Homes? Well, we are now selling in Phase II of the popular Tributary at The Park at Rivers Edge and a brand new community called Noisette Towns. Both will feature our contemporary, energy-efficient townhomes that are sized right to enjoy all the benefits of coastal Carolina living. 

Townhome living in Charleston

Townhomes like these are a perfect fit for individuals and families looking to break out of renting and own their first home. It is also a popular option for homeowners that want to downsize and move back toward the city. Either way, these low-maintenance homes are smartly designed for compact efficiency with two or three floors of living space. 

The open floor plans allow for easy entertaining with flexible layouts that combine the kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms are secluded on another floor of the home for added privacy.  

Tributary at The Park at Rivers Edge

Located in the heart of the Ashley River Historic District, Tributary offers the security of a gated community without losing easy access to area amenities like shopping, dining, attractions, events, services, and more. It is also close to many of Charleston’s historic spots including Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens, and Millbrook Plantation.  

This set of townhomes is situated in a private area of the established Park at Rivers Edge community, within walking distance of the community’s amenities. Swim laps in the junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, play tennis in the sunshine, and even store a boat for weekend adventures. 

The new phase of Tributary will include 20 townhomes with five distinct floor plans. Homes here will start at 1,450 square feet with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The first townhomes will be available this summer.

Noisette Towns

When designing Noisette Towns, we tried to emanate the architectural charms of popular New York neighborhoods and bring them to the Park Circle area. These Brownstone style townhomes will feature four new three-story floor plans ranging from around 1,700 to 2,325 square feet. Each will have two to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms depending on the design. Each home will also have a garage for added convenience. The first townhomes here will be available this Spring.
