Townes at Valley Creek

After months of planning, Hunter Quinn Homes’ first Greenville community is now selling in the Spartanburg suburb of Boiling Springs. Townes at Valley Creek will offer 29 townhomes in a quaint cul-de-sac.

These homes will bring our established, energy-efficient design and craftsman detail to a new and exciting market in the northwest corner of South Carolina. Hunter Quinn Homes also has plans to build in Travelers Rest, Anderson, Central and Piedmont.

The Magnolia II floor plan

Homes in Townes at Valley Creek feature the new Magnolia II floor plan that includes three beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Each of these carefully designed two-story townhomes measures 1,415 square feet and reflects the requests of many homebuyers that Hunter Quinn Homes consulted on their ideal townhome layout.

Entering from the porch, Magnolia II features a large, open entertaining space that combines the family room, kitchen, and cafe for easy entertaining. A laundry room and half bath are also tucked away on the first floor. A more traditional plan with a kitchen is also available.

The three bedrooms and additional bathrooms are up a flight of stairs giving you added privacy from the main gathering space. The optional second floor plan can transform the two upstairs bedrooms into an additional suite if you do not need all three bedrooms. Homes here start in the low $160s.

Discover Boiling Springs

Townes at Valley Creek was designed for busy homeowners who want the benefits of city life with the feeling of a lasting staycation too. This community’s location in Boiling Springs provides a scenic backdrop while still allowing for a convenient trip into the city of Spartanburg for dining and entertainment. Football fans can also take a ride down I-26 on a Saturday morning to catch a Gamecocks game at the University of South Carolina.

Residents in Townes at Valley Creek will enjoy 200 miles of nearby trails, greenways, and blueways for hiking, biking, boating, and climbing to stay active and connected to nature. Award-winning recreational centers for golf, soccer, baseball, and tennis are available too.

Downtown Spartanburg was designated as a cultural district with 21 indoor performance venues, nine outdoor venues, 43 galleries and exhibit spaces, and public art places. The area also hosts 1,335 events and festivals that are open to the public throughout the year.

At the intersection of I-85 and I-26, Spartanburg is within driving distance of three international airports and a few hours of other major metros like Asheville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Charleston, Greenville and Nashville.

"We got to work with Chad, Aimee, Courtney and Jay. They made the process of home buying so simple and were accommodating to our every need. As first time home buyers, it was comforting knowing we had a great team to rely on."
