For an additional weekly event that you won’t want to miss out on, Spring Music on the Green is returning once more this summer. Every Friday from 6p.m. until 9p.m. head out to the Village Green located at Freshfields Village for a free outdoor concert, so bring your blankets, chairs and your loved ones for an event everyone is sure to enjoy.  

If you still haven’t gotten your music fix, the High Tide Music & Arts Festival is sure to impress. With over 25 DJs performing across two stages and dozens of local artists showcasing their best work, don’t forget to mark your calendars for Saturday, June 25 for a day spent in the sun at the Riverfront Park.

For the craft beer connoisseurs, you won’t want to miss out on the 4th Anniversary Weekend celebration by Fireforge Crafted Beer. From Friday, June 17 until Sunday, June 19, you’ll be able to stop by the Fireforge Crafted Beer small-batch craft brewery, taproom and kitchen for a fun-filled weekend of good food, local craft beer and live music. 

For a fun event for the kids this summer, The Children’s Museum of the Upstate offers open art studios weekly, every Wednesday and Friday from 1p.m. until 4p.m. Allow your children to cultivate their creativity within these fun-filled classes throughout the summer for a truly incredible way to spend the day. 

Music lovers in the family won’t want to miss out on the Music By The Lake Concert Series. Located at the stunning Furman Amphitheater situated close to the shores of Furman University Lake—each Thursday at 7:30p.m. from May 19 until August 4, there will be different performances showcasing a mix of Big Band, Jazz, International, Contemporary and Traditional Band and Orchestra ensembles that the whole family will be sure to enjoy.
