Summerville Area Model Home is Ready

If you’ve been paying attention, you’ve heard about our new community of single-family homes. The Hunter Quinn Homes’ team has been working on the finalizing the floor plans, readying the roads, getting construction underway, and preparing to launch. We’re excited to announce that our newest model home for our Summerville communities is opening in centrally located Lincolnville Square.

Lincolnville Square is situated just 5 minutes from Downtown Summerville, a lively city - and is a centralized location to nearby Alston Place, and Downtown Summerville communities. The Allendale II features hardwood laminate flooring throughout, adding the rich beauty of wood with the easy care of engineered material. The kitchen island has a raised bar, so you can separate your prep area from the casual dining space.

Need more room? The Saluda II floor plan offers 2 stories and 2,835 square feet of creatively planned living area. Hunter Quinn Homes’ designers chose a first-floor master suite for this home design, with 2 more (and a second full bath) on the second floor. The upstairs loft adds more living space, a great location for a play area, homework station, hobby space, or just a quiet area to escape to when the rest of the family is downstairs!

If you need a fourth bedroom, you can convert the flex room on the main floor. It’s adjacent to the half-bath, so it could also work well as a guest room, home office, or study. You certainly won’t have any difficulty finding the right use for a spare room, right?

We also completed a Greenwood floor plan next door at 785 Greenwood Street. This home design expands on our Colleton floor plan, to 2,680 square feet on 2 floors. With so much space, we can offer spacious living in the master suite and 2 secondary bedrooms, with plenty to spare for the open concept on the main floor.

This home places all of the bedrooms (and two full baths) on the second level. The master suite has two walk-in closets—his and hers, or hers, hers and a little for him! The loft in the center of the second floor provides enough room to be a second family area, maybe a library or game room.  

The first floor of the Greenwood features a wide open space for family gathering. From the large center island kitchen with walk-in pantry to the dining area that overlooks the patio and the family room that truly has space for the whole family, this layout is great for the busy household.
