Reserve at Pine Forest

January 22, 2021

Reserve at Pine Forest

With scenic pine trees and a touch of classic Charleston charm, it is no surprise that Pine Forest is one of the area’s most desirable developments for South Carolina families.

If you have been dreaming of a new home in Summerville’s popular Pine Forest community, now is your chance. Hunter Quinn Homes is building in the newest subsection, The Reserve at Pine Forest.

The history of Pine Forest

The property itself was once home to the prestigious Pine Forest Inn which was a destination for East Coast golf, hunting and horse-racing. It contained 200 guest rooms and dining space for more than 250 with ballrooms, parlors, wine and smoking rooms.

Although it was dismantled in the 1950s, the new iteration pays homage, in many ways, to the Inn known as Summerville’s “Most Family Oriented Country Club Community.”

Pine Forest is now an expansive community with four unique phases: Legacy at Pine Forest, The Gables at Pine Forest Country Club, Pine Forest Country Club, and the new Reserve at Pine Forest.

Within the community, The Club at Pine Forest maintains an 18-hole golf course that earned four stars from Golf Digest, a lighted tennis complex with clay courts and a junior Olympic size swimming pool among other amenities.

More about our homes

Hunter Quinn offers three distinct floor plans in The Reserve at Pine Forest ranging from 2,049 to 2,685 square feet.

The Edisto is a one-level plan with three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. It was designed with families in mind, setting the living quarters opposite the open entertainment area for easy entertaining and without losing privacy. The Edisto exudes Charleston architecture with a picturesque wrap-around front porch and large windows that flood the space with natural light.

The Rantowles offers an open concept feel with a large kitchen and over-sized island that overlook the dining area. A spacious master suite is also on the first floor with two additional bedrooms and a flex room above. The flex room can also be converted to a guest suite depending on the needs of the buyer.

Hunter Quinn took a more traditional approach with the Stono, creating a home that is perfect for a family hoping to settle in Summerville. This floor plan offers lots of flexibility with office space on the first floor and loft on the second. Either one can transform into a bedroom for a total of five bedrooms and four 1/2 bathrooms.

Moving to Summerville

Located just 24 miles from Charleston, Summerville is a small city with rich history and a vibrant community atmosphere. Spend a Saturday strolling through Historic Downtown or one of the many trails that wind through the city. Either way, living in Summerville feels like a vacation with an average forecast of 75 and sunny.

Summerville is also home to world-class restaurants that help bolster the Birthplace of Sweet Tea. The Flowertown and Sweet Tea Festivals are popular events in the city.

My Hunter Quinn Agent Courteney was always on top of things and work well with my realtor. She made sure she explained everything in depth and made me feel as though she cared for me through out the process. Also her manager was very patient with me during deadlines.
