Realtors Get an Aerial View of Creekside with Hot Air Balloon Rides

What better way to launch a new community than to literally launch? On November 8th, Hunter Quinn Homes is presenting our Realtor Grand Opening at Creekside at Horizon Village, our newest townhome community now underway in North Charleston, SC. For those pros who aren’t afraid of heights, we’re offering a unique look. Realtors will get an aerial view of Creekside with hot air balloon rides during this event.

Each 10-minute ride will lift our guests up and away, giving them not just a birdseye look at Creekside, but also Noisette Creek that runs along our new neighborhood and you may even spot Park Circle. Feeling hesitant about the balloon ride? Don’t worry. The hot air balloon is tethered, so you won’t be carried away to somewhere over the rainbow.

Back on the ground, Realtors will be treated to “A Taste of Creekside”. Local food trucks will serve North Charleston Cuisine while shop owners from nearby Park Circle, share their own industry specialties and treats.

A closer look at Creekside

Aside from all the activities at this grand opening, we don’t want to forget the reason for the celebration.

Creekside is expanding the lifestyle opportunities at Horizon Village. This Hunter Quinn Homes community is the only one in the Park Circle area that offers townhomes—giving homebuyers the spaciousness they want without the maintenance required with a single-family home.

Affordably priced from the $190s, the two floor plans offer the choice of 1,377 or 1,525 square feet of interior living space. With the Wescott, homebuyers can select from six different layouts, with two to three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The larger Collins townhome floor plan presents the choice of two second-floor layouts: one with three bedrooms and another with two bedrooms, a loft, and an upstairs laundry.

We look forward to showing our Realtor partners the plans and opportunities—include pre-sale incentives—to share with buyers who are ready for high-quality townhome living in a beautiful North Charleston location. We have several triplex buildings currently under construction, so Creekside is soon going to be move-in ready for the first few homebuyers!

Join us on November 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at our model townhome, located at 3917 Four Poles Park Drive, North Charleston.
