Since we announced our new construction phase in The Park at Rivers Edge just a month and a half ago, we’ve seen a record amount of interest! We only have 7 townhouses left to sell in The Lakeshire section of this gated community. Based on feedback from buyers, these have been the most important features:

• GE stainless appliances and granite counters: These features are usually considered upgrades among home builders, but we’ve made them standard features included in our already competitive pricing
• Full amenities: Buyers love that they’ll be able to walk to the community amenities (swimming pool, tennis, club house, play park, intramural field); the optional boat storage has also been popular among some of our customers
• Park-like setting: The community is well landscaped and offers plenty of green spaces and walking paths to enjoy
