Moving into Greenville

Although it has only been a few weeks since Hunter Quinn Homes broke ground on their new home communities in Greenville, South Carolina, New Home Consultant Sara Sanderson is thrilled with the response she’s seen so far from homebuyers in the area.

Hunter Quinn Homes will offer the same proven, energy-efficient construction in the upstate as they have for years near Charleston with five new communities planned to launch this year. We are now selling in Townes at Valley Creek in Boiling Springs.

Sanderson said she received interest within hours of listing the first homes and already sold one. She moved from the main office in Charleston to lead sales for the new communities.

“I thought moving to Greenville would be an amazing opportunity to help start Hunter Quinn Homes in one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S.,” Sara said. “There is no end in sight to the growth and opportunity because Greenville has so much to offer.”

Building in Greenville

When we looked to expand Hunter Quinn Homes and start building in another area of South Carolina, Greenville was an easy choice. Tucked into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the city provides a breathtaking backdrop for your new home with a quaint Main Street, vibrant art scene, and delicious cuisine. Falls Park on the Reedy is the heart of downtown connecting to the West End with the 345-food Liberty Bridge.

And people have taken notice as Greenville continues to be one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation. It also earned a tenth-place ranking in Livability.com’s 2019 Top 100 Best Places to Live list. Falls Park is nationally recognized as well as a top U.S. park by TripAdvisor.

The five communities Hunter Quinn plans to build in Greenville will each represent a wide range of lifestyles from low-maintenance townhomes in the Townes at Valley Creek to single-family homes in an amenity-rich planned neighborhood at Crest Creek. Future communities will be built in Travelers Rest, Anderson, Central and Piedmont.

“The upstate may be new to us, but our CORE values won’t change,” Sara said. “We hold these close to our heart and believe that between our values and a unique array of floor plans will have everyone wanting to come check us out.”

If you are interested in moving to Greenville, contact us to learn more about these upcoming communities. Sara and the rest of the Hunter Quinn Homes team will review your options with you and make sure you are one of the first to hear about our developments in the area.

Brandy was great to work with. She was available when I needed her. She was very knowledgeable in the field she was working in and didn't sugar coat anything. She also went out of her way to look at things or refer me to someone who could help (homeowners insurance etc.)
