COVID-19 Response | Your Journey Home: Renovated

Often the word “renovation” is taboo in the new construction industry. In this instance, we are happy to break tradition. Given the shift in the nation amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the constantly evolving “new normal” offers the perfect opportunity to lay down some tarp, pull out the sledgehammer and give our home buying journey a face lift. We have renovated our home buying process, making it easier, convenient and, most importantly, still there for you. 

Here is how it works…

Step 1: Browse

Ok, so at this point you likely have a pretty good idea of what you need in your new home. Generally, at this stage of the home shopping process you know where you want to live and how soon you want to move. With these items selected the next step is easy. Browse all of our homes both, quick move-in and plans to build and find floor plans that best suit your needs. Take it a step further and get an extra level of reassurance by taking 3-D virtual tours of your desired floor plans. Walk through the homes as if you were there in-person.

Even if you are not quite sure where to start, we still have you covered. Chat in real-time with our Online Sales Consultant, Madison, to help you narrow down your options and guide you to your new home.

Step 2: Schedule

Now that you have a plan (or two) narrowed down, contact us to schedule your initial appointment. Madison will provide a one-on-one research recap with you to make sure we understand all of your needs and from there schedule your initial appointment with your assigned New Home Consultant. 

While we have moved to a virtual-first approach, we have no intention of leaving our extroverted shoppers behind. All of our model homes are open for appointment-only meetings with our on-site New Home Consultants. Maintaining the theme of social distancing, we are limiting the number of persons per appointment to three. If you decide to continue your journey home virtually, meet your New Home Consultant via video conference or phone call- the choice is yours. 

When the time comes to schedule your initial appointment let Madison know whether you prefer an in-person meeting or a virtual meeting and we will gladly accommodate.

Step 3: Tour

Depending on what approach you decided to take regarding the virtual vs in-person meeting, the next step is to get you acquainted with the New Home Consultant that will take the lead on the rest of your journey home. Take a chance to review all of your important front-end details and get down to the details of what is next. Now is your chance to get a private tour of that quick move-in home you found appealing or take a deeper dive into those structural options you have your heart set on for the home you plan to build.
