Mark your calendars for our new community coming soon to the city of Anderson, SC. Starting in early spring, the first phase of our multi-phase Midway community, The Oaks at Midway, will officially begin pre-selling. At Hunter Quinn Homes, our team is constantly working toward getting new and exciting communities up and running—and we couldn’t be more excited to start sharing the news about Midway.

These three plans, ranging from 1,470 to 2,000 square feet offer spacious layouts—with the multiple options to customize to fit your family’s needs. With all three homes also offering three elevations to choose from, you can rest assured that your home will be perfectly crafted for you. 

If you’re looking for incredible two-story home options that offer flex spaces and additional rooms, suited to meet all of your needs—our Callaham and Satterfield floor plans might just be perfect for you. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a flex room and loft area in our Satterfield plan and 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-3 bathrooms, a spacious family room and an oversized upstairs loft in our Callaham plan—you’ll have plenty of opportunities to turn these homes into exactly what you’re looking for. 

Sometimes, bigger is better—and our Denver, Harris and Reedy floor plans definitely fit that criteria. Ranging from 2,700 to 3,160 square feet, these floor plans offer incredible open-concept living areas, perfect for hosting all of your family and friends.
