I love the upgrades and options I chose, and am impressed with the materials used, like Carrier HVAC, NEST Thermostats, and impact windows. I feel like the sales staff was dedicated to ensuring I had a positive experience. The project manager Rick Melo has been fantastic in ensuring I am happy with my home and has been very responsive to any questions and helpful with my requests.
