From the porch where passersby were welcomed to the bounty and symmetry of windows, this 1,930-square-foot floor plan respects our architectural heritage. We’ve carefully blended the exterior style with today’s amenities. The Cooper presents an open floor plan in the main living area. The heart of the home is the large, center island kitchen with a breakfast bar that comfortably seats three people, along with the walk-in pantry’s added value. The 3 bedrooms are situated on the second floor, where the master suite occupies a fittingly spacious area. The master bath provides the comforts of both a walk-in shower and soaking tub, as well as dual vanities. The Cooper also has the laundry on the second floor, a convenient way to avoid those trips up and down the stairs. The secondary bedrooms share a full bath on the second floor.
