From I-26 take exit 209A for Ashley Phosphate Road. Take Ashley Phosphate to the end, and turn left onto Dorchester Road. In 1.3 miles ( Just past BOSH on your Right) turn right onto Park Gate Drive. Once through the gate continue driving .7 miles (3rd stop sign) then turn left onto Montview Road. Model home is .1 miles down on the right.

Jay, the project manager, has been the absolute best to work with. He is so helpful and informative during the whole building process. Communication during this process is key and he delivers on every aspect. His attention to detail is awesome and his personality is even better! We couldn’t have asked for a better project manager. Courtney and Aimee, the Sales Consultants, were also great during this process! They are always so helpful and informative when you have questions. Their knowledge about the homes and their great customer service were a great bonus!
