Build On Your Lot in Counties We Love

At HQ Homesites, our job is to bring your dream home to life, and we’re here to help you navigate each twist and turn throughout your journey. When it comes to choosing the location for your future home, we know that it takes a lot of time to research where the best place would be for you and your family to set down roots. If you have the perfect place already locked in or if you need any guidance along the way, we guarantee that the counties we build in have exactly what you’re looking for in a future homesite. Read on to find out more about the counties we love and the opportunities we have available to build your dream home on your own lot.

Fresh Ocean Air

Living along the coast is what many people dream of when imagining their ideal home location, and with Berkeley, Charleston and Colleton Counties all within perfect distance of the Atlantic Ocean, it’s no surprise that these areas are often sought after. Enjoy the beautiful hikes and foliage that Francis Marion National Forest has to offer in Berkeley or take a drive to Colleton County to check out the best pieces of art from local artists at the South Carolina Artisans Center in Walterboro. If you want to feel like you’ve been transported into an entirely different era, enjoy an afternoon strolling down the cobblestone streets throughout Charleston and peek into shops and museums in many more of the historic towns that Charleston County boasts.

Natural Beauty and City Life

When you live in South Carolina, it’s hard to find an area that doesn’t have beautiful natural scenery around it, and that holds especially true for the counties we build in. Whether you live in Orangeburg, Calhoun or Clarendon Counties, you’ll never have a dull moment when your home surrounds the third largest lake in South Carolina. Lake Moultrie is the perfect getaway location for fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding whether you bring along a group of friends and family or fly solo for the day. If you’re looking for a more close-knit community, Dorchester County never disappoints. With a number of towns within the county that are top spots for families to settle-down in, you’ll be living in one of the most sought after areas while still maintaining a charming, small-town feeling.

What we love most about this home is how open the floor plan is. The Lowcountry Farmhouse Style is just beautiful! The arched doorways, the high ceilings, the tall glass door. and the beautiful kitchen are some of our favorites. What we also liked was the customer service that was delivered. From the time we walked into the model home at The Paddock, we were treated with respect and we were appreciated as customers. Courtney, our sales and designer representative, never pushed, only honestly answered our questions and walked us through several homes. Our construction manager, Jay, kept us up to date through the entire process. He set deadlines and was sure to keep the project on schedule. Aimee helped us through the end process. She was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop as our home was being finished. The entire Paddock Team has been a pleasure working with as they led us through this home buying experience. From our very first meeting, this Hunter Quinn Staff felt like family. In addition, they have provided excellent customer service throughout our building experience. Our Hunter Quinn experience has been a pleasure to walk through.
