Introducing the Coastal Farmhouse Series: New Home Designs Coming to The Paddock

Hunter Quinn Homes’ newest community is off and running. Construction has begun at The Paddock at Fairmont South in Moncks Corner, SC—just 27 miles from North Charleston, and near Cypress Gardens, Old Santee Park, and Lake Moultrie. We’re introducing the Coastal Farmhouse Series, a collection of distinctive floor plans developed exclusively for this new neighborhood. Take a look at the new home designs coming to The Paddock, where we plan to build 98 single-family homes that blend rustic style with lowcountry charm.

The Arlington is a versatile floor plan that can be customized to fit your needs, from 1,470 to 2,020 square feet. Choose one level or two, 3 or 4 bedrooms, and 2 or 3 full baths. If you opt for the second level, you have even more decisions. Do you want the second story to provide a bonus space or another bedroom with full bath? How about a flex space that you can use as a family room, media room, home theater, office, hobby studio, or rec room? You could also use it as a second master suite, ideal for the multigenerational household.

Whichever version of the Arlington you choose, this home features a main level with a master suite, two additional bedrooms, and an open floor plan. The spacious kitchen includes a center island with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, walk-in pantry, and a view of the outdoor living area. 

The exterior can be tailored to your style as well. Hunter Quinn Homes offers eight exterior elevation combinations that present a variety of siding and architectural details. Do you want shake siding, board and batten, stone—or maybe a combination? Our curated color packages, inspired by rustic farmhouse and coastal color palettes, are sure to give you the curb appeal you’ve imagined.

Living on a single level doesn’t have to cramp your style. The Pimlico is worth a closer look. This floor plan offers options for 2,000 to 2,495 square feet. Whether you’re downsizing or upsizing your life, this plan can be the perfect pairing to your lifestyle. 

Start with the open floor plan. The foyer guides you to a wide open space that beautifully blends your main living spaces. The generously sized and nicely appointed kitchen looks out over the dining area and large family room. The open concept enhances the spaciousness here and gives you a blank canvas for creating the design you want.

The Pimlico’s master suite is highlighted with windows that overlook the back porch and an optional tray ceiling for a larger room feel. The bathroom can be customized to include a soaking tub and separate shower.

You can shape this design 2 to 4 bedrooms, with Hunter Quinn Homes’ options. We can even add a second-floor with a bonus room, if you want to elevate your living space.

The Belmont presents 3,160 square feet of interior living space, with various ways to accommodate your needs. We can modify the two-story plan to include 5 to 7 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4 baths. The first-floor master is situated in the back of the home for privacy. The second level includes 4 bedrooms (2 with walk-in closets), 2 full baths, a loft that can be converted to a bedroom, plus 2 more walk-in storage closets. You also have the option of putting the laundry room on the second floor.

Downstairs, the Belmont’s open floor plan combines the  kitchen, dining area, and family room with a powder room conveniently located just off the main living space.The center island kitchen is outfitted with ample storage space that is expanded with the walk-in pantry. The family room offers up plenty of room to get creative with your layout. And the flex room by the foyer adds bonus space if you want a home office, guest room, study, or extra bedroom.
