Topsail

Once you enter into the foyer of the Topsail home plan you are immediately greeted by a study/ flex space off of the entry. Making your way down the hall you are welcomed into the living area which combines the kitchen, dining and family room into one fluid entertaining space. A covered rear porch offers a moment of escape, just off of the kitchen. Upstairs is home to three secondary bedrooms each either their own walk-in closets and a loft space perfect for a retreat.
