Be sure to review your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® for a complete outline of what items are covered under your homes' warranty before making a request. An Emergency as defined by our Warranty Department is:

  • Total loss of heat
  • Total loss of power
  • Significant water leak that could cause flooding and damage
